How to use this pack:
To open, remove the tamper evidence strip on the rim of the pack.
There is a handy leveler built into the pack.
Store your scoop in the lid so that it is kept safe and secure.
Click the lid securely shut to keep your powder fresh.
How to prepare:
Wash hands and sterilize all utensils.
Boil freshly run water.
Leave to cool in kettle for 30 mins to approx. 40°C.
Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilized bottle.
Do not use repeatedly boiled water.
Always use the scoop provided.
Level off the powder with the built-in leveler.
Do not press extra powder into the scoop.
Add the correct measure of powder to the water.
Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful to your baby.
Cap the bottle and shake well (for 10 secs) to dissolve powder.
Remove the seal and replace it with a sterilized teat.
Check the temperature on your wrist before feeding (37°C).
Storage information:
Store the Aptamil milk powder in a cool, dry place.
Do not refrigerate.
Use powder within 4 weeks of opening.
Make up each drink as required.
For hygiene reasons, do not store made-up drinks.
Discard unfinished drinks as soon as possible, and always within 2 hours.
Do not heat drinks in a microwave, hot spots may occur and cause scalding.
Never add extra scoops or anything else to your toddler’s drink.
Toddlers should be supervised at all times when feeding.
