How to Prepare:
Wash all the utensils that will be needed to prepare the food.

Put the utensils including the nipple in water and boil.
Boil for 10 minutes.

Pour the correct amount of lukewarm water into the feeding bottle.

Close the feeding bottle and shake properly.
